Facebook doesn’t provide an easy way to upload documents, just photos and video. Here are some ways to to add this functionality – great for sending out event flyers and other printable documents! These instructions are written on Mac, adapt as needed for a PC.

 Website redesign for LymphaStrip Working closely with the business owner we created a streamlined, vibrant, upbeat site to speak to her primarily female audience of breast cancer survivors and mastectomy clinicians. Experienced therapist and yoga instructor Donna Chisholm combines physical therapy and yoga to help people recover from injuries, stay well as they age, and improve overall wellness. She even offers in-home visits for seniors. Too bad she's in Bend, OR. and not San Diego! Visit her new website at physicalyogatherapy.com.  Last spring I gave a presentation called "A Holistic Approach to Online Marketing" at the San Diego campus of Bastyr University. The audience was students studying to be naturopathic doctors. Some of them will graduate and open their own practices, while others will search for jobs. To that end, I talked about ways that they can begin to establish an online presence for themselves. Whether the goal is to cultivate one's identity as a subject matter expert to attract new clients or to enhance employability, the process is the same. Afterwards I realized that these simple ideas apply to anyone looking to move beyond their current job so here, based on my own 10+ years of hard-knocks experience, is a simplified plan for starting your own business.
