How to Take a Screenshot

​A screenshot is a quick & easy way to show someone something on your computer. It's a wonderful tool for getting help with things online. Because websites behave slightly differently on the various browsers and devices, a screenshot allows you to show something on your computer to someone on a different system. Screenshots can also be a handy way to save and convert graphics. 

• On a PC: See the simple instructions at: take-a-screenshot.org
• On a Mac: Hold both the Command (apple) key and Shift key, then press the 3 key. This will create a .png file on your desktop that is a photo of your screen. You can then email that in the same way you would send a photo.
